Las Fatigas Estate in Ronda

El Cortijo de las Fatigas is located on a peneplain on the road from Ronda to Campillos in an area known as Puente de la Ventilla. The land is sedimentary, mainly calcareous and clayey, resulting from the erosion of the nearby Sierra de las Nieves and Sierra de la Blanquilla. Since the 19th century, centenary olive trees of the Lechín, Hojiblanca, and Picual varieties have been cultivated here. These olive varieties, along with the thermal fluctuations of the area and low rainfall, give our olives very peculiar characteristics. This, combined with meticulous harvesting and production, results in high-quality oils with great personality.
